Vi presenterar ett rosévin framställt med den traditionella tekniken madreo – en unik metod med ursprung i vinregionen DO León i nordvästra Spanien. Den används främst vid produktion av roséviner baserade på den lokala druvsorten Prieto Picudo, samt ett vitt vin gjort på vår älskade druva Albarín (ej att förväxla med Albariño).

It’s a combination of my two surnames and my great passion for oenology, a Greek word meaning the knowledge of wine and its production.
