All prices include alcohol tax and value added tax. By placing an order, the customer, provided that they are resident in Sweden, confirms that the alcoholic beverages are intended for final consumption.

3. AGE LIMIT

In accordance with the provisions of the Alcohol Act, we are only obliged to deliver our goods to persons who are 20 years of age or older.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. You must contact customer service within these 14 days for the right of withdrawal to apply.
If you wish to return your goods, please contact us by email at the address below. If you wish, you can use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form for exercising your right of withdrawal. You can find this form at, among other places on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website, www.konsumentverket.se.

We will collect the unopened bottles from your premises free of charge.

The money will be refunded to you as soon as possible within 14 days from the date we received your notification that you wish to return the goods. In order to do this, we need your bank details.

5. ERROR IN DELIVERY/COMPLAINT

If the customer receives a defective or incorrectly delivered item, they should contact Enobalund immediately by email at info@enobalund.se. Enobalund will compensate the customer immediately.

6. KNOWLEDGE OF SWEDISH LAW

Enobalund is familiar with the laws of the country where its products will be sold.
